DAY 01: ARRIVE AT DELHI
Begin your journey in Narlai by visiting the Aye Mata temple, where a centuries-old miraculous flame burns brightly, reportedly fulfilling wishes. For a quiet retreat, explore the serene cave temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. Adventure seekers can climb the 750 steps to Elephant Rock, notable for its impressive 12-foot elephant statue, or join our Devasi staff for a village walk to gain insight into local life.
Experience the countryside from the back of a Marwari horse, with options ranging from a short 1-2 hour ride to a full day’s exploration. Alternatively, unwind with an evening Hi-Tea by the lake, a perfect spot for bird watching and enjoying the silence.
Choose from diverse safari experiences: spot local wildlife such as antelopes, leopards, hyenas, jackals, hares, wild boars, or even the rare sloth bear in our open jeeps, explore surrounding villages and farms, or visit ancient monuments like “Aodhi” along the old hunting trail.
For guests extending their stay, we provide a variety of excursions including treks of varying lengths, extensive bicycle rides, or a scenic meter-gauge rail journey through the breathtaking Ghats of the Aravali Range.
Immerse yourself in the rich culture of Narlai at our evening festivities featuring traditional Rajasthani music and dance performances that illuminate the local heritage.
